Atom Award Recipient – Nathan Bureau # 7 - MOHA Oakville Sabres

2015 FSMT Tournament Chair - Shona Compton (pictured with Nathan and his brother Sean).
I have coached Nathan for two years.

I highly recommend Nathan for this award. Nathan exemplifies true sportsmanship. He is very respectful of his coaches, players and team mates. Despite hardships, Nathan always shows a positive attitude and always brings it to the rink.

Nathan was presented with his award after the Atom Championship game with his brother Sean participating in the reward (after officiating in the game).

Peewee White Award Recipient - Braeden Turner #13 - Nepean Blades

2015 FSMT Tournament Chair - Shona Compton (pictured with Braeden)
Louis is attentive and listens to his coaches.

He is respectful to Refs, opposing players, staff and team mates. He is a hard worker and puts maximum effort and energy into practices and games.

When not on the ice with his own team, you will find him helping out with his younger brother's practices, even at 6:00 AM! He also volunteers his time to Ref for a local Pick-up beginning hockey league for kids that don't or can't play in the city league.

Peewee Red Award Recipient - Pierson McGillvary #71 - Burlington Bulldogs

2015 FSMT Tournament Chair - Shona Compton (pictured with Pierson)
Pierson is an all round great player and plays whatever position the coach puts him in with no complaints and 100% effort. Sportsmanship is the number one goal for this team and Pierson exemplifies it in every way and plays with heart.

After every game he goes and thanks the Refs and players, no matter the outcome of the game.

He possesses lots of grit and tenacity. Never giving up, no matter what, and helps his team mates make the best play. Sometimes, he even passes up a clear opportunity to score a goal in order to pass to a team mate to give his team mate a chance to score.
