U10 Select: Stouffville Year End Bender Champs!
Congratulations to the Oakville Rangers U10 Select team on their victory at the Stouffville Year End Bender Tournament this weekend!
The U10 Rangers Select team came away with their 2nd tournament victory in the past 3 weeks with a hard fought tournament effort.
The Rangers defeated the Halton Hills Thunder, Markham Waxers and Oshawa Hawks in the Round Robin phase of the tournament to earn their spot in a Semi-Final Matchup against Halton Hills- emerging with a 3-1 victory to punch their ticket to the Championship game against the Whitby Wildcats.
The Rangers and Wildcats would battle back and forth, playing to a 3-3 draw through regulation to force overtime. As they have all season, this Rangers team would continue to fight, emerging with a 4-3 victory to take home the gold!
