U12 ADV 062: MHL Cup Champions
Congratulations to the Oakville Rangers U12 ADV 062 team on their victory at the MHL Challenge Tournament this past weekend.
This team steamrolled their way through the round robin phase of the tournament, posting a 2-0-1 record while only surrendering 1 goal against.
In the tournament final, things were looking grim after falling behind 2-0 early to a Humber Valley Sharks team that did not lose a game all season. The Rangers fought their way back to tie the game and force overtime where a back and forth battle ensued, as they have all season this Rangers team found a way and potted the tournament winning goal in double overtime to secure the 3-2 victory!
