What a weekend of hockey! You started with a great practice and carried over your energy into the game, today! Amazing work, Penguins! You should be proud as you played a great game against the fast and mighty Blue Bombers. Your skating was strong and you didn't let the Bombers get away from you. You kept checking and stole the puck away at every opportunity.
You put on an excellent display of end-to-end action. You used the boards to get the puck out of our zone, bounced it off the boards to the next player, then passed it to the player at the blue line and then into the offensive zone. What teamwork between the defence and the forwards!
Again, we had solid goaltending from Nyal. He showed confidence and he was always ready for the action, covering the angles as he came out of the net to challenge the Bombers.
The player of the game was Brandon. Excellent job, Brandon! You covered the entire ice and you didn't give up until you sprung the puck loose. We loved seeing you dig for the puck in the corners and behind the net. Way to go with all your hard work!
