An Inspiring Video on Leadership
It is amazing to hear what children think makes a leader. The attached video, albeit a little dated, has children talk about what they think a leader should do. I encourage you to share it with your son and talk about what they think makes a great leader on and off the ice. They all have the opportunity and ability to be leaders each time they step on the ice.
